2015 Ford Explorer Sport

I absolutely adore these Explorer Sport models; these were true performance SUVs with some fantastic punch thanks to a turbocharged EcoBoost V6 with a muscular 365 horsepower – a big number for a family SUV. The Explorer Sport has also gotten reasonably affordable since it came out, and this one offers family SUV practicality with performance vehicle excitement.

This Explorer Sport is unmodified and well-equipped with factory options including a panoramic sunroof, a Sony audio system, adaptive cruise control, and more as detailed below. No modifications have been made to this Explorer.
The “U502” generation of the Ford Explorer marked a major shift for the SUV switching to a unibody, FWD (or AWD) layout. The Sport model boasts a potent twin-turbo V6 making it mechanically similar to the Taurus SHO and the Flex EcoBoost.
Power for this Explorer Sport comes from an “EcoBoost” 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 engine, which produces 365 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. It delivers power to all four wheels via a 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
