Ford gave the perennially popular F-150 a major overhaul for 2015. Again available in a mind-bogglingly vast selection of configurations, the truck relied on aluminum to shed up to 700 pounds over its predecessor, and it was offered with a longer list of tech and comfort features. Production ended in 2020.
Power comes from a “Coyote” 5.0-liter V8 engine, rated at 395 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. Due to the modifications performed to this F-150, it may produce more power, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm. Output is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a 10-speed transmission.
