If you’re in the market for a Tesla Model Y, the sporty Performance variant is the one to get – it boasts the same spacious interior and great technology as the standard car, but it benefits from a more powerful drivetrain. Introduced in 2020, the Model Y was Tesla’s second crossover offering. Although it’s the smaller sibling of the Model X, it’s actually based on the Model 3 sedan’s platform and features a similar drivetrain and equipment.
